The facility is beautiful, warm and comforting. The staff always smile with care. Dr. Huffman has such a calm demeanor that not only my dog and cats are great with, i want to hug him!! The front desk and reception area is always so nice and friendly. My dog is anxious at vet visits and they work with me to bring him in from my car to a room quickly. I do discuss this with them over the phone and wait in my car until they are ready. The vet techs are amazing and every vet I have listen and really care. I have had good experiences all around.
I chose ORAH for my cats when I moved to this area a few years ago. The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Huffman is always fantastic with my babies. The addition of the Cat Clinic was a great idea. It definitely helps relieve some of the stress my cats experience when leaving the safety of home. Thank you for great service!
My family has been going to Orchard Road Animal Hospital for years and we couldn't be happier! The staff and doctors are amazing, we especially love Dr. Distajo! The doctor was so caring and explained everything in such detail. I have never had a vet show me radiology pictures and a blood panel result on a big screen. I felt confident and very happy after we left and my little kitty is feeling better already today! Definitely will be a continuous client.
I took my dog to ORAH for a hard mass on his rib. His appointment was with Dr. Hart. I was very impressed with her thoroughness. He had x-rays done and she went over the readings with me and explained everything in detail. I am relieved to say that his mass was nothing to be concerned about, and that it was not cancerous. She really put me at ease and I will be taking my boy to her again in the future! The entire staff is so friendly and inviting. And the cost of the services was very reasonable. Melissa M.
